Staff from the Public Works department\, CR&R Environmental Services and Abound Food Care will be present to answer any questions. For more information\, visit CityOfOrange.org/SolidWaste.\n\n\n\nSenate Bill 1383 requires all businesses and commercial centers that generate a certain amount of organic waste to develop a program to recycle organic waste rather than sending it to a landfill. Organic waste includes food waste\, vegetable trimmings\, plate scrapings\, spoiled food and excess food inventory. \n\n\nEach breakfast will have a new topic based on current and pressing issues around the region.
